Getting Started

Thank you for choosing ResMac as your home loan provider! Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition and always provide excellent customer service. The servicing of your loan will likely be transferred to either our permanent Illinois servicing center or a new servicer. Listed below is important information you will need before and after your loan is transferred.

Interim Servicing - Before Your Loan Transfers

Now that you've closed your loan, you're ready to make your first loan payments. While your loan is in the process of being transferred, which takes about 30-90 days, you can use our One-Time Payment link to make your first loan payment or click "Learn More" for more information.

Permanent Servicing - After Your Loan Transfers

Prior to your loan being transferred to our permanent servicing center, you will receive a Transfer Letter that will provide information such as the name of your new servicer, your new loan number, contact information and payment information. If you received a letter notifying you that your loan has been transferred to our Illinois servicing center, please review the information below to understand all options available going forward.

If you are not sure whether your loan has been transferred, please contact our California servicing center at (877) 855-7493, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Pacific Standard Time and we will be happy to assist you.

Online Payments

Online Payment

First, you’ll need to register for online access at https://resmac.yourmortgageonline.com . You will need your new loan servicing number that was provided to you in your loan transfer letter. After you’ve registered, you can set up online payments in just a few moments.

Monthly Auto Drafting

This allows your servicer to draft your monthly mortgage payment each month. A one-time set up is required. You can set up monthly automatic payment drafting after registering for online access at https://resmac.yourmortgageonline.com .

An important note: if you choose to set up automatic draft, you must continue to make regular monthly payment by mail or online until you receive notification that your new payment option has been processed and effective.

You can also mail payments to the address below. (Please be sure to write your loan number on your check.) If you have not received a Transfer Letter, please mail payments to the payment address listed on your monthly statement.
