ResMac Inc. is seeking a Management Analyst to support business operations through research, analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
Job Duties
- Conduct industry research and collect updated information, data, and statistics from competitors, industry associations, and other reliable sources.
- Apply analytical methodologies to quantify risk scenarios and evaluate impacts on the company's risk-based capital and solvency position.
- Prepare and compile clear, accurate, and timely reports, analyses, and performance metrics.
- Document company policies, procedures, operational processes, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement improvements in organizational structure, management effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Participate in business meetings and negotiations and provide consultation regarding the feasibility of partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financing opportunities.
